Digital Delivery Policy

The T-123 Pyramid eBook is a digital product and is delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

After your purchase is completed, you will receive:

• An order confirmation email.
• A separate email containing your secure download link.

The download email is typically sent automatically within a few minutes of your purchase.

If you do not see the download email, please check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or other filtered email folders, as some email providers may mistakenly filter automated messages.

If you are unable to locate your download email, please contact us at T123co@yahoo.com. We are happy to assist and can provide a new download link if needed.

Download links remain available for multiple downloads, allowing you to access your purchase again if necessary.

Because this is a digital product, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Policy

All of our physical merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your item ships.

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• U.S. orders: Typically arrive within 5–10 business days

• International orders: May take 10–20 business days or more depending on local customs and carriers

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
